We are a community of coaches, clients, family, and friends all mutually dedicated to the improvement of ourselves and the local community through health and fitness. Every time you walk through the door, prepare to be challenged, coached, educated and motivated. We offer daily group classes, personal training, health coaching, mental toughness, and sport specific training in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. We teach a holistic approach encompassing nutrition, recovery, training, and lifestyle.

Shannon Tobias-McKenna

Shannon is our Fitness Foundations class instructor and has been in fitness since she was seven years old. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist. Additionally, she is CPR / AED Certified.

Joon found CrossFit in 2013 when he was looking up power clean tutorial videos on YouTube and found the Rich Froning “Day in the Life” documentary video. After seeing the daily training regimen of a CrossFit Games athlete, Joon was obsessed!
