I received the following in an email from one of our Health Coaching clients who’s doctors told him he would need a walker due to his bad knees!

“I have been working out, paying attention to nutrition, and nursing the knees a bit less.  Progress is slow, but it is progress.  There were a few days I felt like success would be avoiding life in a wheelchair, but my knees have recovered enough for me to laugh at that.  Let’s talk sometime after I get back. I appreciate your help more than you know. Thanks.”
